About the project
Organization and execution of international transport for heavy, oversized ring components of a PB/OSB production line from China to Russia. The cargo was delivered to a wood-processing complex in Kemerovo.

Logistics solution
Transport Fleet: Heavy-duty prime mover paired with a 3-section modular semi-trailer. This configuration provided the necessary load-bearing capacity and weight distribution for long-distance haulage of non-standard ring components.
Loading Execution: Loading in Shanghai was performed using two mobile cranes with a combined lifting capacity exceeding 100 tons. Each trunnion was loaded into its transport position on a custom-engineered 11-ton steel frame, which was essential for securing ring structures of this diameter.
