International heavy cargo shipment from Liaoning Province, China, to a manufacturing facility in Saint Petersburg. The route covered over 8,700 km across three countries and required comprehensive logistics planning at every stage.

Cargo characteristics

Equipment types: hub and lower rim are large-sized components of an industrial turbo unit.
Dimensions: length 14 m, width 6 m, height 2 m, weight 44,500 kg.
Transport: tractor unit coupled to a multi-axle low-bed trailer with a payload capacity of up to 100 tonnes and over 500 hp. Top loading and unloading.

Execution Details

Customs clearance: we organized export customs clearance from China and handled the opening and closing of transit channels through Kazakhstan and Russia. Cargo was placed at a temporary customs warehouse in Saratov Region (Balakovo customs post). 

Technical documentation: a complete document package was prepared for the client — CMR, commercial invoice, packing list, warehouse receipt certificate, and a copy of the transit declaration.

Weight verification: re-weighing and confirmation of cargo weight and dimensions at the border before departure.

Cargo transshipment: at the China–Kazakhstan border warehouse, transfer of all cargo to the onward transport vehicle was organized.

Arrival notification: recipient notified at least 24 hours before delivery.

Results

Cargo delivered on 15 September 2025, fully on schedule.
