Planning and execution of a complex logistics operation for the large-scale delivery of process equipment from China to Russia for petrochemical production.

Logistics solution

Specialized tractor units with low-bed trailers in various configurations:

  • 3+3 TIEFBET - for medium sizes
  • 3+4 TIEFF/SEMI – for heavy loads
  • 3+5 TIEFF – for extra-heavy equipment
  • 3+7 SEMI – for the heaviest loads (up to 49.5 t)
  • 3+8 — for maximum-weight cooling units

Transportation organization: 26 specialized convoys in various configurations. Tractors: Volvo, MAN, Scania, Sitrak. Low-bed trailers: Goldhofer, Kaessbohrer, Faymonville, Benyuda.

Execution Details

Customs clearance: a complete supplementary documentation package for each unit, coordinated with customs authorities in both countries.

Technical documentation: individual transport drawings, unique unit identification (TAG No./IDENT) for each piece.
