NG-NEGABARIT at the XI Heavy Caspian Conference — Tashkent 2025
On April 1, 2025, Tashkent hosted the closing session of the XI International Heavy Caspian 2025 Conference — the industry's leading forum on oversized and heavy cargo transport across Central Asia and the Caspian region. NG-NEGABARIT participated as a representative of the Kazakhstan heavy cargo market.
Nine countries, one room
This year's conference brought together over 130 delegates from Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, China, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and Germany. The event served as the meeting point it always has been: freight forwarders, carriers, government bodies, and specialized equipment manufacturers, all focused on developing routes through the Caspian and Central Asia.
The agenda covered the issues that matter most right now — TRACECA and TITR corridor prospects, harmonization of transport procedures, the government's role in building a functional logistics environment, and real-world case studies of ultra-heavy cargo shipments under challenging conditions.
What was on the table
Across two thematic sessions and a panel discussion, participants worked through a wide range of topics:
- The project cargo market in the Caspian regio
- Government's role in transit development — presentation by Uzbekistan's Ministry of Transport
- The TRACECA corridor — potential for heavy cargo and procedural harmonization
- Obstacles and prospects for Central Asian logistics, including the future of the SKU corridor
- Innovations in transport technology
- Transit practice through Kazakhstan — technical approaches and cross-border considerations
NG-NEGABARIT: experience that speaks for itself
Attending Heavy Caspian 2025 is part of NG-NEGABARIT's ongoing commitment to staying present in the professional community. The corridors discussed at the forum — Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan — are exactly the routes the company actively operates on.
Industry relationships are the foundation of project logistics
Heavy Caspian is more than presentations. It's where partners reconnect, new negotiations begin, and you meet the people reshaping the market. That kind of direct engagement is what project logistics actually runs on.
